Due to high demand, we have opened bench bookings in our Hadrian's Tipi on for groups of up to 4 - 8 people. 

We strongly recommend booking a table especially at weekends - however we will be keeping some space for walk ins on the day, but please be advised you may queue during busier periods.

Yes - our Hadrian's Tipi benches are bookable with packages and will require a per person deposit. 

Deposits are redeemable against food and drink on the date of your booking. 

Please enquire with our sales team for further pricing information. 

Any deposits paid are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation within 14 days of booking – deposit non-refundable.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours – deposit and full paid balance non-refundable.

Any no-shows will forfeit their deposit. 

We respectfully remind our visitors that we are an outdoor venue and unfortunately cannot control the weather. Although our bookable areas are under cover, there is no guarantee of staying dry if it rains and is windy.

Please ensure you check the weather on the day of your booking and dress appropriately, no refunds will be given due to adverse weather conditions.

Tipi bookings start from 12pm with the last bookable space being 9pm.

During the booking process only available benches will be shown. If your preferred time is not visible, this means that time is fully booked.

All greyed-out dates show as unavailable as they are generally fully booked.

Under 18’s visiting the main STACK Seaburn must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over at all times as this is a licensed premises serving alcohol. You will require physical photo I.D. to enter STACK & Hadrian’s Tipi. All under 18’s must be offsite by 8pm.

Benches will automatically be allocated for max 3 hours. If you wish to leave prior to your end time you can. When your booking duration comes to an end, we will kindly ask you to vacate the bench ready for the next booking.

No, you must arrive within the first 15 minutes of your booking start time otherwise you risk losing your bench. 

Please note, if not all of your guests arrive, we may reduce the space of your area to accommodate the general public due to the popularity and business of the site.

We cannot refund any changes in your party group size once paid in full – any vouchers allocated to guests who can no longer make it on the date of booking will be given to the group to spend.

It is very likely there will be another booking on the bench after your booking, particularly at busier times. Every bench will have details of booking arrival times, if you want to extend your visit to STACK Seaburn please speak to a member of staff to discuss if there is any immediate extension on the day.

If you are leaving before your allocated time, it would be appreciated if you could let a member of staff know.

No, all bookings must be made through our online booking system with at least 24 hours notice so we are able to manage capacity. 

Food and drinks vouchers are only valid for the date of the booking. No refunds are given for any unused vouchers.

No change is given when using the vouchers, but you can add money to purchase more expensive items.

STACK Seaburn is now operating without table service – you will be permitted to leave your reserved area to access all of our street food traders and additional bars.

Vouchers cannot be used via our W8R app and must be used to pay and order food directly from the street trader hatches.
