FAQ's LARGE PARTY BOOKINGS

We have currently opened bookings for large parties of 30 – 100 guests in our upper plaza, who are looking to celebrate a special occasion.  

Walk ins are still very much welcome in our Lower Plaza, and Upper area when a private booking is not taking place.

A minimum deposit of £10.00 per person is required – this will be given back to you in the form of x2 drinks vouchers, on arrival for your booking.

Any deposits paid are non-refundable.

We respectfully remind our visitors that we are an outdoor venue and unfortunately cannot control the weather. Although our bookable areas are under cover, there is no guarantee of staying dry if it rains and is windy.

Please ensure you check the weather on the day of your booking and dress appropriately, no refunds will be given due to adverse weather conditions.

Under 18’s visiting the main STACK Seaburn must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over at all times as this is a licensed premises serving alcohol.

You will require physical photo I.D. to enter STACK.

All under 18’s must be offsite by 8pm.

Large party booking areas are for a maximum of 4 hours - if you wish to leave prior to your end time you can do so.

When your booking duration comes to an end, you may be asked to vacate your designated area, however you may be able to stay subject to availability.

Please note, if not all of your guests arrive, we may reduce the space of your area to accommodate the general public due to the popularity and business of the site.

We cannot refund any changes in your party group size once paid in full – any vouchers allocated to guests who can no longer make it on the date of booking will be given to the group to spend.

No, all group bookings must be made through our online enquiry form with at least 1 days’ notice so we are able to manage capacity.

We currently have live entertainment each day – please note that any large party bookings in our areas will not have a guaranteed view of our stage or screen.

Both bookable areas for large groups are located next to either the ‘Hop House’ bar or ‘YOLO’ bar so you and your guests have easy access to the bar, however the bars will also be accessible by the public.

There are multiple toilet provisions throughout the venue, and some are located within the designated group areas – please note all toilets will always remain open to the public.

Both areas can be accessed by a lift and there is an accessible toilet located on the first floor.

Please let the sales team know in advance if any of your guests have accessibility requirements.
