Due to high demand, we have opened table bookings on our Upper Plaza for groups of up to 6 - 12 people.
We strongly recommend booking a table especially at weekends - our Lower Plaza will also be open to walk ins on the day, but please be advised you may queue during busier periods.
(Upper Plaza bookings cannot be made for Christmas Party and Kroud Karaoke events)
Reserve our upper plaza benches online with a £10.00 per person deposit – this will be given back to you in the form of x2 drinks vouchers, on arrival for your booking.
Any deposits paid are non-refundable.
Any no-shows will forfeit their deposit.
Please note, if not all of your guests arrive, we may reduce the space of your area to accommodate the general public due to the popularity and business of the site.
We cannot refund any changes in your party group size once paid in full – any vouchers allocated to guests who can no longer make it on the date of booking will be given to the group to spend.
We respectfully remind our visitors that we are an outdoor venue and unfortunately cannot control the weather. Although our bookable areas are under cover, there is no guarantee of staying dry if it rains and is windy.
Please ensure you check the weather on the day of your booking and dress appropriately, no refunds will be given due to adverse weather conditions.
Bookings start from 12pm with the last bookable space being 9:45pm.
During the booking process only available benches will be shown. If your preferred time is not visible, this means that time is fully booked.
All greyed-out dates show as unavailable as they are generally fully booked.
Families are very welcome to visit STACK.
Under 18s visiting the main STACK Plaza area must be accompanied by a parent / legal guardian, or an adult aged 25 or over at all times due to the nature of STACK being a licensed premises that serves alcohol.
Anyone under the age of 18 must be off site by 9pm.
Weekends - Under 18s may be refused entry into the venue from 7:00pm. Any under 18s already in the venue will be asked to leave no later than 8pm, in line with our license.
Kroud Karaoke - Under 18s will be refused entry into the venue from 6:30pm. All under 18s already in the venue before this time must be off site by 7pm before the event starts - Kroud Karaoke is an 18+ event only.
WE OPERATE A CHALLENGE 25 POLICY. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 then you will be asked to show identification. This will need to be a physical approved photo ID document.

Although STACK serves food, you are entering a licensed premises where alcohol can be purchased, therefore teenagers must be accompanied by an adult aged 25. This policy is in place to protect our license and reduce the risk of alcohol being purchased for under 18s.
STACK prohibits the consumption of beer, wine or cider to anyone under the age of 18 even if they are consuming a table (substantial) meal.
Benches will automatically be allocated for max 4 hours - if you wish to leave prior to your end time you can.
When your booking duration comes to an end, we will kindly ask you to vacate the bench ready for the next booking.
No, you must arrive within the first 15 minutes of your booking start time otherwise you risk losing your bench.
It is very likely there will be another booking on the bench after your booking, particularly at busier times.
Every bench will have details of booking arrival times, if you want to extend your visit to STACK Seaburn please speak to a member of staff to discuss if there is any immediate extension on the day.
If you are leaving before your allocated time, it would be appreciated if you could let a member of staff know.
No, all bookings must be made through our online booking system with at least 1 day's notice so we are able to manage capacity.
Our Upper Plaza area can be accessed by a lift and there is an accessible toilet located on the first floor. Please let the sales team know in advance if any of your guests have accessibility requirements.
