FAQ's CHRISTMAS PARTY NIGHT BOOKINGS

Due to high demand, we have opened bookings for our Christmas Party Nights on Friday 3 & 10 December - for groups of up to 6 - 10 people.

We strongly recommend booking a tables on these dates, however we will also be open to walk ins on the day - but please be advised you may queue during busier periods.

Yes - our party night benches are bookable with packages and will require a per person deposit. 

Deposits are redeemable against food and drink on the date of your booking. 

Please enquire with our sales team for further pricing information. 

Any no-shows will forfeit their deposit. 

Please note, if not all of your guests arrive, we may reduce the space of your area to accommodate the general public due to the popularity and business of the site.

We cannot refund any changes in your party group size once paid in full – any vouchers allocated to guests who can no longer make it on the date of booking will be given to the group to spend.

We respectfully remind our visitors that we are an outdoor venue and unfortunately cannot control the weather. Although our bookable areas are under cover, there is no guarantee of staying dry if it rains and is windy.

Please ensure you check the weather on the day of your booking and dress appropriately, no refunds will be given due to adverse weather conditions.

Bookings start from 7pm.

During the booking process only available benches will be shown. If your preferred time is not visible, this means that time is fully booked.

All greyed-out dates show as unavailable as they are generally fully booked.

Benches will be allocated for the entire evening. If you wish to leave prior to your end time you can.

No, you must arrive within the first 15 minutes of your booking start time otherwise you risk losing your bench. 

If you are leaving before your allocated time, it would be appreciated if you could let a member of staff know.

No, all bookings must be made through our online booking system with at least 24 hours notice so we are able to manage capacity. 

Food and drinks vouchers are only valid for the date of the booking. No refunds are given for any unused vouchers.

No change is given when using the vouchers, but you can add money to purchase more expensive items.

STACK Seaburn is now operating without table service – you will be permitted to leave your reserved area to access all of our street food traders and additional bars.

Vouchers cannot be used via our W8R app and must be used to pay and order food directly from the street trader hatches.
